Shebang Cuvee III Sauvignon Blanc North Coast The informing impulse behind Shebang! is to create a wine that is long on deliciousness and low on pretense. The wine is vinified with the same care and love as the higher end Bedrock wines- picking at respectable sugar levels, using only native yeast fermentation, and a trace (15% new) of good French oak to round things out. The “Cuvee III” is predominately Sauvignon Blanc from 30-year-old dry farmed Mendocino vines blended with 100-year-old Muscadelle vines and a touch of ancient vine Semillon both from Sonoma.
78% Sauvignon Blanc 22% Chasselas and Muscadelle
