Our Cabernet Sauvignon has complex aromas mainly of red pepper. The time in oak gives subtle notes of tobacco and bitter chocolate. Good attack in mouth and elegant tannins, perfectly balanced and persistent. Intense color, clean and deep. Recommended to server with red meat and all kind of food with strong sauce and stew. Best if served between 16 and 17 degrees celsius
